A Credit Card Hold will be required to book a service appointment. As an option, this card can be used as contactless checkout upon completion of service.
Running Late
15 Minute Late Policy
Business meeting went over time, traffic on the I5 is horrible. We get it, things happen. Regardless, we will do our best to accommodate your service. However, after fifteen-minutes, your appointment is subject to cancelation or change in service, depending on the barbers’ discretion/appointments that are proceeding yours. Please understand this is never a penalty as it is only to prevent cutting into the time of future appointments scheduled that day. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
CANCELLATION
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
Cancellations made after the 24 hours period can result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
No-Show
No-Show will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.

Services:
If you are unhappy with your hair or service and need a fix please contact us ASAP. Any inquiries after two weeks from the original appointment will not be considered for a service. Services are non-refundable.
Products:
Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair we want you to be happy with the products you are using. We will gladly accept returns for any products within 30 days from purchase.
